1. Come eliminare l'account

Dall'app NAVYX, senza contattare il supporto:

1. Apri l'app NAVYX sul tuo telefono Android.
2. Tocca l'icona del menu in alto a destra.
3. Tocca il riquadro con il tuo nome in cima al menu (Gestisci account): si apre Il mio account.
4. Scorri fino in fondo e tocca Elimina account.
5. Conferma nella finestra che appare.

In breve: Il mio account > Elimina account. L'eliminazione è immediata e non si può annullare. Se hai fatto l'accesso molto tempo fa, l'app può chiederti di accedere di nuovo prima di procedere.

Via email: se non riesci a usare l'app, scrivi a info@navyx.app dall'indirizzo del tuo account, chiedendo l'eliminazione dell'account NAVYX. Lo elimineremo noi e ti confermeremo l'avvenuta cancellazione, al massimo entro 30 giorni.

2. Quali dati vengono eliminati e quali restano

Eliminati subito, al momento della conferma:

• L'account di accesso (email o Google) e il profilo utente (email, nome, piano, preferenze)
• I dati di uso: il giorno dell'ultimo utilizzo e l'eventuale iscrizione alla lista d'attesa di Navyx Pro
• Le rotte, tracce e posizioni salvate nel cloud (il backup nel cloud c'è solo con Navyx Pro)
• Le richieste di supporto inviate dall'app
• I limiti di utilizzo legati al tuo account e la cache di ricerca

Conservati:

• Statistiche anonime (Firebase Analytics): restano fino a 14 mesi, senza legami con la tua identità.
• Crash report (Firebase Crashlytics): informazioni tecniche sui malfunzionamenti, conservate fino a 90 giorni.
• Dati sul telefono: rotte, tracce e posizioni salvate restano sul telefono finché non li cancelli tu o non disinstalli l'app. Se vuoi tenerli, esportali prima in GPX. Per cancellarli subito: Impostazioni > App > Navyx > Spazio di archiviazione > Cancella dati, oppure disinstalla l'app.

Oggi l'app non ha acquisti. Quando sarà disponibile l'abbonamento Navyx Pro, eliminare l'account non lo disdirà: andrà annullato da Google Play.

3. Eliminare solo alcuni dati, senza eliminare l'account

• Rotte, tracce e posizioni salvate: puoi cancellarle una per una nell'app. Se erano nel backup nel cloud, vengono cancellate anche dai nostri server entro 5 settimane.
• Statistiche e crash report: puoi spegnerli nell'app, da Impostazioni > Sistema.
• Qualsiasi altro dato: scrivi a info@navyx.app indicando quali dati vuoi eliminare. Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.

1. How to delete your account

From the NAVYX app, without contacting support:

1. Open the NAVYX app on your Android phone.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top right.
3. Tap the box with your name at the top of the menu (Manage account): My account opens.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

In short: My account > Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you signed in a long time ago, the app may ask you to sign in again before proceeding.

By email: if you cannot use the app, write to info@navyx.app from your account's address, asking to delete your NAVYX account. We will delete it and confirm the deletion within 30 days at the latest.

2. Which data is deleted and which is kept

Deleted immediately, upon confirmation:

• Your sign-in account (email or Google) and user profile (email, name, plan, preferences)
• Your usage data: the day you last used the app and your Navyx Pro waitlist sign-up, if any
• Your routes, tracks and saved locations in the cloud (cloud backup is available only with Navyx Pro)
• The support requests you sent from the app
• The usage limits linked to your account and the search cache

Kept:

• Anonymous statistics (Firebase Analytics): kept for up to 14 months, not linked to your identity.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): technical information about malfunctions, kept for up to 90 days.
• Data on your phone: saved routes, tracks and locations stay on the phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. If you want to keep them, export them as GPX first. To delete them right away: Settings > Apps > Navyx > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Today the app has no purchases. When the Navyx Pro subscription becomes available, deleting your account will not cancel it: it must be cancelled from Google Play.

3. Delete only some data, without deleting your account

• Saved routes, tracks and locations: you can delete them one by one in the app. If they were in the cloud backup, they are also deleted from our servers within 5 weeks.
• Statistics and crash reports: you can turn them off in the app, under Settings > System.
• Any other data: write to info@navyx.app saying which data you want deleted. We reply within 30 days.
